Privacy Policy
How Technology1000 handles the information collected through this website.
1. Controller
Technology1000 is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
Questions about how your data is processed, or requests to exercise your rights, can be sent to info@technology1000.com.
2. What we collect and why
Contact form
If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we may process: name, email address, phone number (if asked for), the contents of the message, and any other details requested in the form. This data is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a possible collaboration, and manage the client relationship.
Web analytics
If you have given consent via the cookie preferences, we may use web analytics tools to analyse use of the website, for example: pages visited, visit duration, device type, browser, approximate location, and traffic source. This data is used only to build aggregate statistics, analyse how the site works, and improve the user experience. We do not use it to profile individual visitors.
Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics or other non-essential cookies. An up-to-date list of cookies in use, their purpose, and their retention period is always available through the cookie preferences management tool on the site.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a tool that verifies visitors are human without showing a visible test. Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address and browser information; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Server logs
The hosting infrastructure automatically records server logs for technical reasons. These may include: IP address, browser type, operating system, request date and time, the URL requested, and technical error codes. This data is used only to keep the site secure, diagnose technical issues, and ensure service reliability. Server logs are not used for marketing or visitor profiling, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis depends on the purpose of processing.
Contact form enquiries
We process the data you send through the contact form on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or, where relevant, as steps taken before entering into a contract.
Analytics and non-essential cookies
We use analytics and other non-essential cookies only with your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your cookie preferences on the website.
4. Who your data is shared with
We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
Where necessary, personal data may only be accessed by service providers whose involvement is required for the website to function or for us to provide our services, for example:
- hosting service provider
- web analytics service provider (only with your consent)
- email service provider for delivering contact enquiries
- cookie consent management service provider
All service providers process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their service, and comply with applicable data protection requirements.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of the service providers used may process personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
In such cases, transfers take place only under safeguards permitted by EU data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid legal mechanisms.
6. Data retention
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to meet legal obligations.
Contact form enquiries are generally kept for up to two (2) years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
The retention period for analytics data depends on the settings of the services in use.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- be informed about what personal data we process about you
- request correction of your data
- request deletion of your data, where there is a legal basis to do so
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@technology1000.com. Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate: www.aki.ee
8. Security of personal data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures may include, among others:
- a secure HTTPS connection
- access restrictions
- regularly updated software
- secure hosting
- backups where applicable
While we apply appropriate security measures, no method of data transmission or storage is ever completely risk-free.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
9. Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
Use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before sharing any personal data.
